React/RCTBundleURLProvider.h file not found in library / extension

RN version 0.61 Trying to add today widget using ref:

Here, not able to access any react files at the extension level.

I am not facing any issue in AppDelgate.h as it's at the project level but in React/RCTBundleURLProvider.h which is in library folder.
