I am currently working on implementing Push notifications to IOS and android on React native. I have used react-native-firebase package and it works fine on Android. On IOS however i'm not able to receive background notifications all the time. I have setup APNs with firebase console.
Running the app on real device in debug mode, doesn't trigger background notifications.
On release mode when app is install, sometimes i am receiving the background notifications continuously but sometimes it doesn't work at all. The FCM payload is same in both cases.
Would appreciate if some one could shade some light on this issue.
